Choose a convenient channel
I run every channel myself — there is no receptionist and no call centre here. Messengers are the easiest: you can describe the complaint calmly and I answer between sessions, without interrupting the person who is on the table. A call makes sense if the question is urgent or writing is awkward for you.

Write to me and get a slot
Describe what is bothering you and for how long, name your district or hotel, and say which hours suit you. I reply during working hours, ask a couple of follow-up questions about your health and offer a specific slot with the final amount. If the case is not mine, I will say so plainly and point you towards the right specialist. The data from the form is used only to reply to your enquiry — details are in the privacy policy.
Where I travel
A short version, so that the amounts and the timing are clear straight away. The surcharge depends on the zone alone — not on traffic and not on which floor you live on — and is named before booking. The detailed map and the rules are on the home and hotel visits page.
Studio, Balmes 200
My own table, my own lighting and the full set of bolsters. For long 120-minute sessions this is the most comfortable option.
Central Barcelona
Walking distance and straightforward parking; no separate surcharge is added.
Visit districts: Area Metropolitana de Barcelona
A fixed surcharge, the same for every address inside the zone.
Hotels and serviced apartments
The visit is cleared with the front desk in advance. English is fine.
Suburbs and addresses outside the city limits
I mostly take 90 and 120-minute sessions there: that way the journey is worth it for both sides.
If your address is not on the list, just write. I will tell you honestly whether I can come. A no because of distance is not a no in general — I will offer you the studio and a convenient time.
Four questions about booking
The other twenty-four are in the questions and answers section.
How to book faster
The longest part of booking is not finding a slot but pinning down the details. If your first message contains the five things below, the reply comes back straight away with a time and a final amount, without three rounds of messages.
What to put in your first message
- What is bothering you and for how long. One sentence, in your own words: “it pulls along the spine between the shoulder blades, worse by evening, going on three months now”. How long it has lasted matters more than how bad it feels — that is what decides whether one session is enough or a series is needed.
- Where you are. A district from the Area Metropolitana de Barcelona list, the name of your hotel, or “I will come to the studio”. From that I can name the zone surcharge and a realistic arrival window right away, instead of “I will check later”.
- When suits you. Two or three options for day and time, not one: weekday evening slots go first. If you need a late slot outside 09:00–21:00, say so immediately — those are agreed the day before.
- How much time you can set aside. 60, 90 or 120 minutes. If you do not know, write exactly that: I will suggest a length for your complaint and explain why that one. Allow another ten minutes for setting up the table and for the conversation.
- What matters about your health. Chronic conditions, recent surgery and injuries, medication you take — especially anything that affects blood clotting. This is not a formality: the answer decides the pressure, the choice of areas and whether the session happens at all.
The ideal first message looks completely ordinary and runs to four lines. There is nothing special to formulate — write it in the same words you use to describe it to yourself.
My lower back has been aching since I moved, second week now. I am in one of your districts, and Thursday or Friday after 19:00 would work. Thinking about 90 minutes. Health-wise nothing, apart from an old broken ankle.
An example of a message I answer with a time and a price
What happens next
- I reply during working hours, 09:00–21:00: I offer a slot and name the length, the price and the zone surcharge — as one final amount that is not recalculated on the doorstep.
- I ask two or three follow-up questions about your health. If I see a contraindication, I say so plainly and do not take the booking.
- For the far zones, the outskirts and late slots I ask for a small travel deposit — it covers the journey, not the session, and is deducted from the final amount.
- The day before I send a short reminder and a list of what to prepare: a clear patch of floor roughly two by two and a half metres, a warm room with no draughts, a towel.
- You can reschedule or cancel in advance without explaining anything — just write. The calendar is a living thing, and an honest message always beats silence.
When not to book, and to see a doctor instead
If there is numbness, tingling, weakness in an arm or a leg, loss of sensation, or a shooting episode after which the limb obeys you poorly; with a fresh injury, swelling, fever or signs of inflammation; with pain that wakes you at night and does not change with position. Massage is not medical care: nobody here makes diagnoses or prescribes medication. The full list is in the contraindications section. Write anyway if you are in doubt: pointing you towards the right specialist is part of the work too.
And a last word about boundaries. I provide strictly therapeutic massage: the work is done under a sheet, only the area I am working on right now is uncovered, and any intimate services are entirely excluded. Either side may stop the session at any moment and without giving a reason. This rule protects both of us equally, which is why I set it out before booking rather than on the doorstep.
